Requirements
  • 2+ years in sales development or business development, with a focus on CX or eCommerce preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with technical stakeholders (like growth engineers) and leading efforts to adopt new AI products for lead generation strategies.
  • History of success driving leads and growing pipelines with a disruptive mindset.
  • Mastery of HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Communication skills that get attention and get to the point – we are targeting important people at enterprise companies.
  • A self-driven individual who thrives in fast-moving environments.
  • Social-selling skills and relationship building are critical for this role – a lot of our interactions will be through Linkedin and at in-person events.
Responsibilities
  • Design and launch automated outbound campaigns that grab attention and resonate with top ecommerce players.
  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, Store Leads or BuiltWith, and Crossbeam.
  • Keep our CRM (HubSpot) lean and mean – clean data, accurate pipeline.
  • Leverage Loom and other video tools to bring personality and creativity to outreach.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine and amplify outreach strategies.
  • Uncover, document, and share actionable insights and market intelligence from real conversations to evolve our product and go to market.
  • Smash your KPIs and break your compensation plan. This is a growth role with a ton of upside.
  • As the first SDR hire, we want you to set the bar high. Lead with initiative, design the blueprint, and help scale the process and team over time.
Desired Qualifications
  • Closely follow AI trends and know your way around LLM products (like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
  • Experience working with eCommerce businesses.
  • Have previously worked on account based marketing strategies with sales and marketing teams
  • Experience at a Seed or Series A startup.
  • Demonstrable skills working with video outreach tools like Loom is a major edge.
