Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years experience in client enablement or support roles, along with expertise in network configurations, SQL, and data mapping.
Responsibilities
- Manage client onboarding setups and lead specification walkthroughs with moderate supervision.
- Execute test scripts and report defects using JIRA with attention to detail and technical accuracy.
- Update project reporting documentation and participate in project meetings.
- Conduct first events validation and provide knowledge transfer documentation to production support team.
- Develop and review test strategies, plans, and scripts based on business and functional requirements.
- Provide progress and metrics on test execution and defects to the project team.
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in client enablement or support roles, including experience with network configurations, SQL, data mapping, waterfall and Agile practices, and expertise in tools like Postman, Splunk, and IBM 3270.
