JOB SUMMARY

Position Summary
The Data Analyst – Operations & Performance is responsible for the extraction, organization, analysis, and presentation of operational performance data to support decision-making across the business. This role works closely with cross-functional leaders to identify trends, provide insights, and deliver reporting that enhances visibility to productivity, quality, and efficiency metrics. The role reports to the Resource Optimization Manager.

Core Areas of Ownership:

  • Extract, compile, and manipulate large data sets from Salesforce and other internal

systems.

  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs),

productivity, and quality metrics across operational departments.

  • Design and maintain dashboards and visual reports to drive performance visibility.
  • Prepare detailed and summary-level reporting for leadership and department heads to

support strategic and tactical decision-making.

  • Use Microsoft Excel and other data tools to organize, clean, and analyze performance

data.

  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify business opportunities, trends, and

areas for improvement.

  • Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical

audiences.

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all reporting deliverables.
  • Support ad hoc reporting needs and special projects as assigned by the Resource

Optimization Manager.

Core Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a

related field preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or reporting role required.
  • Experience working with Salesforce data and CRM systems strongly preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS,

and large dataset management.

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and data structure highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance best practices
