Requirements
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or PMO role.
- Familiarity with enterprise application lifecycle, stakeholder engagement.
- Strong working knowledge of project management tools (e.g, Jira, Confluence, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management.
- Demonstrated experience supporting a project through from initiation to completion.
Responsibilities
- Serve as point of communication between company teams and external resources such as banking partners, implementation partners.
- Coordinate and support the planning and execution of CAM projects, including upgrades, integrations, and new application rollouts.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, RAID logs, project plans, and communication logs.
- Facilitate regular meetings and working groups – prepare agendas, take minutes, track actions, and follow up with responsible owners.
- Support cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Finance, Risk, IT) to ensure alignment and timely delivery of dependencies.
- Track project milestones and provide input to status reports and PMO dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to CAM governance processes, change control, and compliance standards.
- Assist in producing materials for senior leadership such as reporting packs and status & risk updates.
- Monitor vendor deliverables and coordinate with third-party providers as required.
