What you will be doing:
- Partner with new Dir of Sales Enablement to create sales plays by segment, vertical, and high priority product initiatives
- Partner with PMM and marketing to streamline sales toolkits to ensure consistent bill of goods for every project launch across segments
- Utilize value proposition and marketing messages to create compelling sales messaging that resonates with a software audience
- Translate complex payment technology concepts into clear, engaging content that sales teams can effectively communicate
- Craft content plans specifically designed to support sales teams in driving partner activation and product adoption
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on creation of sales-focused materials
- Produce high-quality sales materials including battle cards, objection handlers, and competitive intelligence documents
- Create targeted content packages for specific partner audiences that address unique pain points and opportunities
- Build sales scripts, talk tracks, and guided selling tools that streamline the sales process
- Ongoing refinement of front book materials e.g. single-seller deck, one sheets, etc
- Partner with content strategy, sales, product marketing, and go-to-market teams to identify critical content needs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy in all sales materials
- Coordinate approvals and incorporate feedback from sales teams and leadership
- Communicate project progress and results to key stakeholders
- Support field sales with customized content for specific partner engagement opportunities
- Implement content calendars and ensure timely delivery of sales enablement materials
- Organize and manage sales content workflows from conception to execution
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all partner-facing sales communications
- Identify opportunities to repurpose successful content for different sales scenarios
- Establish and maintain an accessible content library that sales teams can easily navigate
- Establish consistent feedback loops across sales and enablement
- Align content strategy with sales KPIs and demonstrate measurable impact on revenue goals
- Optimize content based on usage data and sales team input
- Prioritize content initiatives based on business impact and demonstrated sales needs
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree — preferably Marketing, Business Management, PR, Communications, Journalism
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales and marketing, partner marketing or related field
- Understanding of partner relationships in a B2B environment
- Strong project management skills
- Strong negotiation and prioritization skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and inter-personal communication skills
- Experience developing and implementing sales enablement content
- Comfortable jumping in where needed and working independently and efficiently to collaborate across teams
- Able to efficiently problem-solve as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs, project management systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in payments industry is a plus
- Understanding of software payments, PayFac-as-a-service, PayFac and/or financial technology, industry trends, and funding developments
- Experience working with copywriting, design, production, and field/digital/content/product marketing teams
- Understanding on how to use brand messaging, product marketing, and campaign messages
- Efficiently prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Innovative problem-solving ability
